Check the paper and ensure it is not torn, folded or otherwise damaged.

Leave unused paper in its wrapper.

■

Never mix different types of paper when you load the cassette or Multi-Purpose tray.

■

Always wait until the cassette or tray is empty before loading fresh paper . This will
help avoid paper jams.

■

If paper in the output tray is excessively curled, turn over the paper stack in the

cassette or tray.
