• the serial number on the rear side of your Freecom FHD-1 and the serial
number of the Freecom Cable II USB 2.0
• the revision number of the cable driver disk
• information on the power supply
• the version number of your operating system and the software you are
having problems with
• the precise error description or error message displayed
• the name and the model of your notebook or computer and, in case it is
needed, the installed hardware
• Is the problem reproduced every time?
• Has this problem occurred before? If not, have you recently changed your
system configuration?
