Intermec 6500 Reference Guide

To perform a warm boot:

1. Simultaneously press <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Del> on the

keyboard to force the system to process the

CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files again.

2. Reload the desired software application, if necessary.

To perform a cold boot:

1. Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet or turn

off the power ON/OFF switch on the DC power con-

verter to remove power from the 6500/6550 Computer.

2. Plug in the power supply or turn on the power ON/

OFF switch on the DC converter to resort power to the

computer.
