This table lists key combinations for keys on the CN3 Series or CK61.
Configuring Special Features (Optional)
By changing the dcBrowser client .ini file (IMDCB.INI), you can configure 
the features described in the following table.

User interface 
lockdown
Protects the mobile computer from unauthorized use of the 
Start menu and removes the caption bar allowing two extra 
text lines on the screen.
To enable this feature, set the INI parameter to 1.
To disable this feature, set the INI parameter to 0. This is 
the default setting.
GUILockDown
Setup screen link 
Removes the (Press here for Setup) link on the splash 
screen. The IP configuration screen will still appear under 
the following circumstances even though the (Press here 
for Setup)
 link is not visible:
• When you start the dcBrowser client without a valid 
server IP address defined in the .ini file. A valid IP 
address must be other than 0.0.0.0 and have all four 
segments where each segment is between 1 and 255.
• When you start the dcBrowser client without a valid 
port number defined in the .ini file. The port number 
must be greater than 0 and less than or equal to 65535.
To enable this feature, set the INI parameter to 1.
To disable this feature, set the INI parameter to 0. This is 
the default setting
HIDE_SPLASH_SETUP_OPTION
Virtual keyboard
Make the system tray button for the virtual keyboard 
available.
To show the system tray button for the virtual keyboard, 
set: ENABLE_SIP=1
To not show the system tray button for the virtual 
keyboard (default), set: ENABLE_SIP=0
ENABLE_SIP
Network timeout
Sets how long in seconds the dcBrowser client will try to 
connect to the server before prompting you with a connect 
or error message that allows you to retry or cancel. 
You can set the timeout from 1 to 180 seconds. The default 
value is 6 seconds.
