Web Surfing
The “Web Surfing” software allows automatic gathering of information as the
software automatically patrols home pages that you have registered in advance.
Operations from connecting to the Internet, patrolling the home pages, to
disconnecting the line are performed automatically. Captured home pages can then
be viewed at leisure whenever convenient.
Using the One-Touch web surfing switch, gathering of information can be
conducted by a one-touch operation without even opening the display or turning on
the power.
Note:
  The unit must be set up so that connection to the Internet is enabled, and the
Save Password option must be enabled in Simple Internet Connection. For
details on the setting method, refer to “Simple Internet Connection” in these
instructions.
  Depending on the home page contents, there are pages from which information
cannot be captured.
Preparations for Web Surfing
To prepare for web surfing, the home pages to be patrolled should be registered.
1.  Choose the START button and then choose PROGRAMS. Select SHARP
Applications, followed by Web Surfing.
“Web Surfing” is launched.
2.  Tap the Input URL button.
Up to 10 home pages can be registered.
 
 Tapping the Select From Favorites button displays the Select From
Favorites dialog box. The home page(s) can now be selected from those
stored in Favorites.
