General Information
The pen computer includes a setup utility that stores the basic system
configuration and the power management settings. This chapter ex-
plains how to use the setup utility to set up the pen computer, the

A computer’s operating system is the basic software that controls the
computer so that it can run application software. The pen computer
uses Microsoft’s Windows 95 as its operating system. Application soft-
ware must be compatible with this operating system in order to run on
the pen computer.
