This selection allows you to specify whether the check digit should be transmitted at the
end of the scanned data or not.

In the UPC/EAN tab of Visual Menu, choose Version A Check Digit Transmit under

UPC Version A. Click the Write Settings to Device button (

) to send the new setting

to the imager.

Or scan one of the following bar codes. The default setting is marked with an asterisk
(*).
