Presentation Reread Delay
Presentation Reread Delay sets the time period before the imager can read the same bar
code a second time. Setting a reread delay protects against accidental rereads of the
same bar code. Longer delays are effective in minimizing accidental rereads at POS
(point of sale). Use shorter delays in applications where repetitive bar code scanning is
required. Entries are in milliseconds up to 10,000. The default is 500.

In the Imager tab of Visual Menu, enter a number between 0 and 10000 in the
Presentation Reread Delay (ms) field. Click the Write Settings to Device button (
)
to send the new setting to the imager.
