You want to display manufacturer and product information about

your PC Cards.

You need to know the drive letter for your ATA hard disk or ATA

Flash disk card.

You need to know the latest error that occurred for an inserted

card.

 Running CARDINFO

To run CARDINFO, type the commands with one of the following
commands and press Enter:

CARDINFO

Displays the card information. Information

similar to the following is displayed:

Slot 1 Function  :

Manufacturer = TDK
Product Name = DF2814 DATA/FAX MODEM
Device Type = Modem (COM 3)

Slot 2 Function 

Manufacturer = IBM
Product Name = IBM17JSSFP
Device Type = ATA Disk
Device Type = F:

Slot 3 Function 

Slot 3 is empty

Slot 4 Function 

Slot 4 is empty

CARDINFO /V

Displays more extensive information about the

PC Card slots in your computer.

CARDINFO /C

Provides the following additional Card Services

information:

Card Service release number
Vendor revision number
Number of slots
Number of functions per slot
Vendor copyright information
