FEATURES
The AD1641 Series Fixed Speed Receiver/Driver
provides compatibility between American Dynamics
Matrix Switcher/Controllers and any pan/tilt
camera, and zoom, focus and iris function of
motorized lenses, or auxiliary devices driven by
24 VAC, 120 VAC or 230 VAC.
This unit operates a single pan/tilt with a motorized
lens and two auxiliary outputs at remote camera
sites. An optional IP65/NEMA-4 rated enclosure kit
is available for outdoor installations.
The receiver/driver operates via a  single serial data
control link from the switcher/controller. Control
code signals are sent from the switcher/controller (or
code distribution unit) via twisted pair, fiber optic,
microwave, phone lines, or similar links.
Multiconductor cabling is required to interface the
receivers to the pan/tilt, lens and auxiliary devices.
The unit is capable of controlling pan/tilt motion
and zoom, focus and iris functions. When used with
a suitably-equipped pan/tilt and zoom lens, it
supports preset scenes,  which can be recalled by the
operator at a later time. These scenes are stored in
nonvolatile memory (battery backup).
Auxiliary control provides latching and/or
momentary outputs for operation of Autopan
on/ off, window washers and wipers, door releases,
gate controllers, etc. Surface mounted 24 VAC,
120 VAC, and 230 VAC (50/60 Hz) models are
available.
