When the displayed location name information is different from the current location or 
when the positioning is not successful, move to a location where the radio waves from 
GPS satellites can be received better and perform the positioning update.
When significant time has elapsed since the last successful positioning ([

] are displayed), we recommend performing a positioning update.
Select [Repositioning] on the [GPS/Sensor] menu, and then press [MENU/
SET].
Positioning is started and the current location information is updated once the positioning is 
successful.
Positioning also can be updated by selecting [
] from the Quick Menu 
, and then 
pressing [MENU/SET].

Select [GPS Setting] on the [GPS/Sensor] menu, and then press [MENU/SET].

3/4 to select [INFO] and then press [MENU/SET].
Last updated positioning result is displayed.

Press [MENU/SET] in the information confirmation screen.
Positioning is started and the current location information is updated once the positioning 
is successful.
∫ About automatic updating of positioning
Even if you do not perform [Repositioning], it will perform the positioning automatically right 
after the power is turned on, and in constant time intervals.
When [GPS Setting] is set to [ON], the unit will continue to perform the positioning at a constant 
time interval even if the power is turned off. Note that if [Airplane Mode] has been set to [ON], 
positioning will not be performed when the power is turned off.
Positioning with the power turned off is canceled in the following cases:
When the remaining battery power becomes [

When the power is not turned on for a specific period of time
