•If “Voicemail” still remains on the display or the VM (Voice mail) indicator still

flashes even if you have listened to your voice mail message(s), press
(FUNCTION), and press and hold (CLEAR) until the unit beeps. “Voicemail” will
disappear and the VM (Voice mail) indicator will turn off.

•If your voice mail service uses a voice mail tone and the recorded message is

over 3 minutes long, “Voicemail” may not be displayed and the VM (Voice mail)
indicator may not flash.

•If your voice mail service uses a voice mail tone, the tone will be heard from any

parallel connected phone. If you use another phone to retrieve messages, you
have to dial your access number manually.

After receiving a voice mail message, “Voicemail” will be displayed and
the VM (Voice mail) indicator will flash. 
To listen to your voice mail message(s), follow the steps below.
