While having a conversation on one line, you can make or answer a
second call on the other line and then combine the calls to make a
conference call.

During a call, press

(HOLD/CLEAR)

twice to put

the first call on hold.

To make or answer a second
call, select the other line by
pressing the relevant soft key
(

or ).

When the second call is
connected, press

(CONF/FUNCTION)

to make a

conference call.

• To hang up both lines, press 

(OFF)

• To hang up only one line, press the

relevant soft key (

or 

)

for the party with which you want to
continue talking.

• To put both lines on hold, press

(HOLD/CLEAR)

To talk with only one caller, press the
relevant soft key (

To resume both lines, press

•You cannot call another extension to make a conference call. To join the

conference call from other extensions, press the relevant soft key (

) on the handset or either line button on the base unit. Up to two more

extensions can join the conference call if all other extensions are not being used.
