TRENDnet's TEG-S40SX provides industry-leading
performance with multiple control mechanisms that manage
bandwidth for real-time and multimedia traffic to be forwarded in
a controllable manner effortlessly. These mechanisms include
IEEE 802.1p with priority queuing, IEEE 802.1Q for network
policing, and IGMP snooping to provide intelligent network
support for multicast applications. Also, the TEG-S40SX
provides link aggregation for increased bandwidth scalability
and fault tolerance. The MultiPoint Link Aggregation (MPLA)
combines link aggregation and resilient links with load sharing in
a point-to-multi-point environment. The TEG-S40SX is a high-
capacity switch that gives you the scalability and flexibility to
deploy cost-effective network environment.
