The establishment of a cluster and the related configuration can be accomplished in manual mode or 

automatic mode, as described below. 

1)  Establishing a cluster and configuring cluster parameters in manual mode 

Follow these steps to establish a cluster and configure cluster parameters in manual mode: 

Enter system view

Specify the management VLAN  management-vlan vlan-id
