The interfaces of the two CE are physically up.

The encapsulation types of the interfaces of the two CEs are the same and are 
supported by the MPLS L2VPN.

For Layer 2 connections with the MPLS L2VPN being VLAN encapsulation, the 
VLAN IDs of the interfaces of the two CEs can either be the same or different. 
However, if a trunk is configured between the CEs and the PEs on both sides, the 
VLAN IDs of the interfaces of the two CEs must be the same.
