Use these notes in conjunction with the 3Com Baseline 
Switch 2226 Plus User Guide (part number 
DUA16475B-SAAA01), which is supplied with your 
Switch. A PDF version of this guide is also available for 
download on the 3Com Web site at www.3com.com.

You can obtain the latest technical information about 
your Switch, including a list of known problems and 
solutions, from the 3Com Knowledgebase:

Installing this firmware version adds the Device Mimic to 
the Web interface. The Device Mimic, shown in 
Figure 1, is an image of the Switch's front panel that 
indicates ports that are currently in use. When you place 
the cursor on an active port, a text block will pop up 
and show the current status of this port. 

You can also click a port on the Device Mimic to go to 
the Port Configuration screen of the Web interface.
