Set the picture resolution to 3, 5, or 8 mega pixels.

Set the flicker frequency to 50Hz or 60Hz.

Left/Right arrows to switch between page tabs.

 Up/Down arrows to move through the sub-menu, then press the OK 

button to enter the sub-menu.

confirm. Or, press the 

Return button ( ) to go back the previous screen.
