1.  Load sheets in the BYPASS Tray

2.  Select Label/Heavy Weight Mode.
3.  Remove sheets from the output device after 50 sheets. Fan sheets to dissipate heat build-up, thus
preventing sheets from sticking together.
DocuColor 40/30 Family
1.  Load only 25 sheets in the BYPASS Tray or 250 sheets in the HIGH CAPACITY FEEDER

2.  Select 151-220 gsm Mode.
3.  Remove sheets from the output device after 50 sheets. Fan sheets to dissipate heat build-up, thus
preventing sheets from sticking together.

TIPS
 
Fan sheets before loading.
 
Store unused material in plastic polybag.
 
When clearing a jam, carefully pull out the transfer drawer to avoid machine damage.
 
Insure no labels have pre-dispensed.
 
Limit toner saturation on electronic originals to a total of 240% saturation (60% for each color).
