If a fault cannot be resolved by following the display instructions, check 
Error Messages 
on page 101. If 
the difficulty persists, contact the Xerox Support Center. The Xerox Support Center will want to know 
the nature of the problem, the machine serial number, the fault code (if any) plus the name and 
location of your company.
Locating the Serial Number
The machine’s serial number is located on the inside of the front door on the machine. 
The serial number is also printed on the Configuration report. See instructions below to print the report.
Printing a Configuration Report
You can print the machine's configuration report which provides information about your machine 
setup, including the serial number, IP Address, installed options and the software version.
1.
Press the Menu button on the control panel.
2.
Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Information and press OK.
3.
Press the arrow buttons to scroll to Configuration and press OK.
4.
Press the arrow buttons to highlight Yes at the Print? prompt and press OK.
You can use CentreWare Internet Services to print the machine's configuration report or browse the 
status. Open a web browser at the networked computer and type the machine's IP address. When 
CentreWare Internet Services
 opens, select Print Information on the Status tab. Refer to 
Status 
on 
page 59.
