The printers have one resident bitmap font called
Line
Printer
. It comes in only one typeface, weight, and posture.
The Line Printer font may be used to provide:
•
Line printer emulation for a print job.
•
Backward compatibility for those applications that make
use of the line printer font.
To review the PCL fonts in your printer, print a
PCL Font List
