Customizing Your Pro 16p
Programmable Features
The default settings for various machine features may be changed to suit your individual needs.
All of these features remain set until this process is repeated.
Each of the programmable features, along with its program number and options are contained in
the chart below.  The procedure to change the default settings follows the chart.
Note:  The procedures written in this manual are based on the factory default settings.

Priority Tray:  This feature allows you to set
the default paper tray.  At power on or auto
clear, the copier will return to the selected

Auto Clear Time Out:  This feature allows
you to select the time it takes for the copier to
return to the normal copy mode after a copy
cycle is complete.

Time Out to Power Save:  When enabled,
this feature automatically reduces power used
by the copier if the copier has not been used

enabled, this feature significantly reduces
power used by the copier if the copier has not

Default Magnification:  This feature allows
you to make copies slightly larger or smaller
than the original, or the same size.
