• Print at Delivery
Specifies whether or not re-
ceived fax documents that are
sent to ScanRouter V2 Profes-
sional should also be printed by
the machine at the same time.
Note
❒ Default: No
• File to Deliver
Specifies whether all received
fax documents or only received
fax documents that include de-
livery codes (documents with
an ID and F code) should be
sent to ScanRouter V2 Profes-
sional.
Note
❒ Default: File with Dlvry Code
• Delivery Failure File
If a received fax document can-
not be sent to ScanRouter V2
Professional, the document is
stored in the machine's memo-
ry. To print this stored data, se-
lect “Print File”; to delete the
data, select “Delete File”.
Note
❒ If the machine can send data
to ScanRouter V2 Profession-
al, data is sent automatically.
❒ If you delete the data, you
will not be able to distribute
or print the data.
Setting the SMTP Port Number
The SMTP port number can be config-
ured from the computer using a Web
browser or telnet.
This section describes configuration
using a Web browser.

Start the Web browser.
BBBB
Point the browser to the URL or
IP address of the machine (e.g. ht-
tp://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/, where
the Xs represent the numeric IP
address).

Click [Administrator Mode].
The dialog box for entering the
user name and password appears.
DDDD
Enter your user name and pass-
word, and then click [OK].

❒ To use the factory default ac-
count, enter no user name and
enter "password" as the pass-
word.

Click [Configuration]

 [SMTP] in the menu ar-
ea.

Enter a number in [SMTP Port No.];
this appears in the work area.

Click [Apply].
The configuration is transmitted.
