Locking/Unlocking a Voice Record
Locking a Voice Record prevents it from being deleted. When a Voice Record is 
locked, the locked icon M appears next to it.
To lock or unlock a Voice Record:

To delete a Voice Record:

Press 
R to scroll to Label and press B under SELECT.

At the Enter Label screen, enter a label for the Voice Record using the 
alphanumeric keypad.

Press 
B under OK.

From the VoiceRecord screen, press 
R to scroll to the Voice Record 
you want to lock or unlock.

m to view the VoiceRecd Menu.

R to scroll to Lock or Unlock.

Press 
B under SELECT. A confirmation screen displays.

R to scroll to the Voice Record 
you want to delete.

m to view the VoiceRecd Menu.

R to scroll to Delete and press B under SELECT.

A under YES to confirm.
