■ Transmitting a DTMF code
D Automatic transmission (DTMF memory)
q Push [TONE•DTMF] for 1 sec. to turn the DTMF memory
encoder ON.
• “d” appears in place of the main band’s 100 MHz digit.
w Push [SET•
] to enter DTMF memory programming con-
dition.
e Rotate main band’s [DIAL] to select the desired DTMF
memory channel.
r Push [PTT] to transmit the selected DTMF memory content.
t Push [TONE•DTMF] for 1 sec. to cancel the DTMF en-

ted without pushing PTT.
NOTE: When no DTMF code programmed
channel number is pushed, it transmits the rela-
tive DTMF code as the manual transmission de-
scribed in the next page.
