• Inspect blankets before use. Do not use blankets
with worn or torn surfaces.
• Do not repair damaged or faulty blankets. This
blanket contains no user-serviceable parts.
• Do not fold, bend or crush blankets. Store in
provided reusable pouch when not in use.
• Unplug blankets when not in use.
• Never leave HOT blanket unattended.
• Use blankets to heat PVC conduit only. Do not
use on other materials, or in other applications.
Failure to observe these precautions may result in
injury or property damage.
Use this tool for the manufacturer’s intended pur-
pose only. Use other than that which is described in
this manual may result in injury or property damage.
Use the proper size blanket as listed below. Heating
PVC conduit smaller than the size specified below
will damage the blanket and void the warranty.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
If there’s any discoloration of the PVC after heating,
refrain from using.
Recommended Bending Radius:
Bends to PVC conduit are to be made so that the
conduit is not damaged or the internal diameter
reduced. The radius of the curve of any bend to
the centerline of the conduit shall not be less than
indicated below.
