    ask your system administrator for the IP address of
    your PC.
2. If your CallCenter PC is located in your home, the IP
    address is assigned by your ISP. Please check with your
    ISP for such information.
No matter which way you use to connect to Internet,
you have to know the IP address of your CallCenter PC.
