SDR-300Viewer does not start.

1)Restart the computer and start the SDR-300Viewer again.If the application still does not start, reinstall
the application.

An error is generated on start up.

1)Uninstall the SDR-300Viewer, delete the installation folder and reinstall the SDR-300Viewer.

You need adjustment of SDR(MTV,SPEED),because Upload is inadequate although download is enough.
