Getting to Know Your Oven
The main oven features multi level regular baking/broiling in timed or untimed modes.  For energy efficient
batch baking, choose convection baking, which allows you to bake on multi levels simultaneously.  For
traditional baking the convection feature should be OFF.
The lower oven also features multi level baking/broiling, the bake element is hidden beneath the floor of
the oven, so cleanups are fast and easy. Please note that the lower oven is disabled and will not function
during the self clean mode of operation
The OVEN LIGHTS are activated by  switches located on the control panel. Your oven has a temperature
range of 150° F TO 550° F 66°C to 290°C). The oven Cycling Light glows until the oven reaches the
selected temperature, then cycles off and on during cooking.  See pages 19 and 22  for recommended
baking and roasting times and temperatures.
NoteDo not engage the self clean oven door latch when not in self clean mode, as it is possible the oven door safety interlock
will activate at high oven temperatures.
