To share a printer:

1. On the desktop computer that the printer is connected to,

a. Select Start > Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware. 

b. From the displayed list of printers, right-click the printer that you want to 

share and select Sharing.

c. Click Share this Printer.

The Printer icon in your system tray will change to
