The tiptel 114 is a compact telephone for

use in places where there is not normally

space for a telephone.  For example, it is

ideal for use in a production department,

in the health care sector (e.g. hospitals)

or in the retail sector (e.g. at a super-

market checkout). It is also popular since

it can easily be fixed to the wall .

The tiptel 114 is very easy to use with 

a keypad built into the handset. 

By pressing the Redial key once you 

can redial the last number called.  

During a call, it is possible to mute 

the microphone – very convenient, if 

you want to talk to your colleagues and

do not want to be overheard by your

correspondent.  If the tiptel 114 is

connected behind a telephone exchange,

you can transfer calls.  To end one call

and make another, you do not have to

hang up the handset first. Simply press

the switch that is close to the earpiece.

Thanks to the ring tone, you can, of

course, hear incoming calls but they can

be displayed (via the call signal) on the

optical display on the handset.  When the

telephone is connected to an exchange,

the ring tone differs depending on

whether it is an internal or external call.

The handset is also fitted with an

induction coil and, therefore, is ideal for

persons with hearing difficulties using 

an audio phone.
