To trim a single clip
1 Double-click any clip in the Library.
2 In the Single Clip Trim dialog box, use the Jog Wheel to select a
starting point, and click the Mark-in
button (or press F2).
3 Use the Jog Wheel to select an endpoint, and click the Mark-out
button (or press F3).
4 To preview the result, click Play

5 When you are satisfied with the result, click OK.
