The ECILS series data projector carts are made at Bretford’s Chicago
area manufacturing facility using union labor.
ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS
The ECILS1 series carts are constructed using “prime” steel which has
a 25% to 35% post-consumer recycled content and is recyclable at
the end of the product life cycle. ECILS1 series carts are certified to
GREENGUARD Children & Schools Indoor Air Quality standards.
SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS
ECILS1 Notebook-Data Projector Cart has one (1) 32"w x 24"d, 18-
gauge steel top shelf and one (1) 32"w x 24"d, 18-gauge steel bottom
shelf. Corners of the shelf open so the sides of the shelf do not
connect. The legs of the projector cart fit flush to the shelf and
attach with a “W” bracket design that interlocks the legs and shelves
for maximum strength and stability. Each corner has a 13-gauge steel
“W” mounting bracket with 1⁄4" square head bolts and hex nuts that
hold leg securely to table. Legs are 18-gauge, 1" square tubular steel
37-1⁄4" long. Each leg has a hard plastic caster insert mounted in the
bottom of the tube. Projector cart has one (1) 29"w x 13"d, 18-gauge
steel pull-out notebook computer shelf. Notebook computer shelf
may be set at seated 25", 27" or 29" height or standing 33-1/2", 35-
1/2" or 37-1/2" height at time of assembly. One (1) 18-gauge steel
cord organizer bin of dimensions 30"w x 10"h x 5"d overall attaches
between the rear legs of the cart. Cord bin has four (4) 5" x 1⁄4" slots
at the top of the back panel and two (2) slots of the same
dimensions, one down each side. Model # ECILS1FF includes an
overload protected 6-outlet electrical assembly with on/off switch
and 20' 3-wire cord and two (2) machine screws with nuts for
attaching unit to the cord management bin. Stem casters are mar-
resistant, hard black rubber, 4" in diameter. Each caster assembly has
ball bearing swivel capabilities, steel construction and is load rated
for 115 lbs each. Two (2) have locking brakes. Finished in Black (-BK)
powder paint. Ships knocked down (KD) via UPS.
