Press the INDEX / 

a button while the recorder is stopped to 

select the desired folder.

Press and hold the 

j / DEL button for one second or longer.

Press the 

h or b button to select a delete option:

Press the 

f button.

Press the 

h or b button to select the file, the folder or the file 

containing the index marks to be deleted.

Press button 

f again.

Push button 

h or b to select YES.

Press the 

f button to confirm.

The files will be automatically renumbered.
