4. Using the Hard Reset (Factory Reset)
If your device does not restore to its original condition, use a Hard Reset (Factory Reset)
to initialise it.

Turn the power off.

Press and hold the
Power/Lock Key + Volume Down Key on the right side of the
device until the LG logo is displayed.

Briefly release only the
Power/Lock Key when the LG logo is displayed.

Immediately press and hold the
Power/Lock Key again.

Release all keys when the Factory reset screen is displayed.

Press the
Volume Keys to select Yes, and then press the Power/Lock Key to
perform a Hard Reset. Perform this step twice.
