Playback of recorded clips

When you play recorded clips on a TV using an HDMI cable for connection, you need to
change the settings of the camcorder depending on the video format of the recorded clips.
Make the following settings on the menu of the camcorder.

1. In the thumbnail screen, select a clip that you want to play, and check the video

format.

2. Set [Video Format] in [Rec Format] of the System menu according to the video

format of the clip you want to play.
Notes

When [Rec Format] is not set to the same frame rate as the video format of the recorded
clip, a mark appears on the screen and playback is not available.

3. Set [HDMI] in [Output Format] of the Video menu.

When viewing clips recorded in 4K image quality (3840×2160) on a TV supporting 4K:
Set [HDMI] in [Output Format] of the Video menu to “3840×2160P.”
Notes

The default setting value is “3840×2160P.” When [Video Format] in [Rec Format] is set to
HD image quality (1920×1080), the setting of HDMI output changes to “1920×1080P.” Set
the HDMI output setting to “3840×2160P” again to change the image quality to 4K.

Clips whose video format is “3840×2160 59.94P” or “3840×2160 50P” are output via HDMI
with the Sony transmission system. If clips cannot play on the TV, set [HDMI] in [Output
Format] of the Video menu to “1920×1080P” or “1920×1080i.” Images will then be output
in HD image quality (supported formats depend on the TV you use).

When viewing clips on a TV not supporting 4K or clips recorded in HD image quality
(1920×1080):
Set [HDMI] in [Output Format] of the Video menu to “1920×1080P” or “1920×1080i.”
Notes

Supported formats depend on your TV.

Images cannot be output when the setting value is “3840×2160P.”

Lecture des plans enregistrés

Lorsque vous visualisez des plans enregistrés sur un téléviseur raccordé à l’aide d’un câble
HDMI, vous devez modifier les réglages du caméscope en fonction du format vidéo des plans

Cuando reproduzca clips grabados en un televisor mediante el uso de un cable HDMI para la
conexión, será necesario que cambie los ajustes de la videocámara según el tipo de formato
de vídeo o de los clips grabados. Lleve a cabo los siguientes ajustes en el menú de la
videocámara.

1. En la pantalla de imágenes en miniatura, seleccione un clip que desee reproducir y

verifique el formato de vídeo.

2. Ajuste [Video Format] en [Rec Format] del menú System de acuerdo con el

formato de vídeo del clip que desee reproducir.
Notas

Cuando [Rec Format] no esté ajustado en el mismo valor de velocidad de fotogramas que
el formato de vídeo del clip grabado, en la pantalla aparecerá una marca y la
reproducción no estará disponible.

3. Ajuste [HDMI] en [Output Format] del menú Video.

compatible con 4K:

Відтворюючи записані кліпи на телевізорі з використанням кабелю HDMI для
підключення, потрібно змінити налаштування відеокамери залежно від відеоформату
записаних кліпів. Виконайте наступні налаштування в меню відеокамери.

1. На екрані ескізів виберіть кліп, який потрібно відтворити, та перевірте

відеоформат.

2. Налаштуйте значення параметра [Video Format] у розділі [Rec Format] меню

System у відповідності з відеоформатом кліпу, який потрібно відтворити.
Примітки

Якщо для параметра [Rec Format] встановлено значення частоти кадрів, відмінне від
відеоформату записаного кліпу, на екрані з’явиться позначка і відтворення буде
неможливе.

3. Налаштуйте значення параметра [HDMI] у розділі [Output Format] меню Video.

Під час перегляду кліпів, записаних із якістю зображення 4K (3840×2160), на
телевізорі, що підтримує 4K:
