Specify the Camera Angle for Recording
(1)
[Not Specified]
Select this item when you do not want to specify the camera angle.
(2)
[Custom]
Specify the camera angle using the [Preview] window.
Drag the slider to change the camera zoom and click or drag inside the video to change the camera angle.
Digital zoom operations are possible when [Digital Zoom] and [Enhanced Digital Zoom] are set to [Enable] on
the camera. However, recording settings in which an area that exceeds the maximum telephoto of the optical
zoom (in the case where the extended digital zoom can be used, the maximum telephoto of the extended digital
zoom) is specified cannot be configured. For details, see “About Digital Zoom” (P. 105).
(3)
[Presets]
Select the camera angle from the list of preset camera angles registered in the camera.
(4)
[Preset Tour]
Move the camera through a series of preset camera angles while recording. Click [Settings] to display the
[Preset Tour Settings] dialog box, and then specify the order of the presets.
[Presets] and [Preset Tour] are unavailable.
[Preset Tour] is unavailable.
If the digital zoom is used when setting the preset angle with the camera, the viewing angle seen when the setting is
made and the viewing angle that will be recorded may be different.
If you initialize the head position (the camera points the head forward, reinitializes, and then returns the head to the
former position) during recording, the video during the movement of the head will also be recorded.
When an external camera is connected and [Use External Video Input] is enabled, the settings on this dialog box are
unavailable.
