An Ultrafan

oven makes use of a fan to gently circulate the
heat evenly around the oven. The fan is at the back of the
oven surrounded by a heating element. This clever design
gives faster heat up times, shorter cooking times at lower
temperatures and an even cooking temperature throughout
the oven. As well as being ideal for batch baking, or
cooking on more than one shelf, it ensures there is no
transfer of flavours, so sweet and savoury dishes can be
cooked together.

Glass lid with auto cut off
Not only does the lid provide a useful splashback, the lid

Through the clever design and construction of the inner
door system, there is a removable full width and height
inner door glass, for easier cleaning on both the top and

Catalytic liners - to help your oven stay clean
A special Catalytic coating is used on many of the ovens
which absorbs any splashes during cooking to help keep
the oven cleaner. When the oven is set to its highest
temperature the special coating then helps clean off the
splashes.
