At some point, everybody needs to print a confi denti al document. In the past, this has been an excuse to
buy and use a local printer as users are reluctant to print sensiti ve documents to a shared network device.
uniFLOW’s secure printi ng functi onality allows all users to send their sensiti ve documents to network
printers from their desktops or mobile devices and to have the job printed only when they are physically
standing in front of the device.

Mobile and Desktop
based Printi ng
uniFLOW allows users to
print securely from wherever
they are working. Users can
print from their desktop PCs,
from a host based system such as
SAP or from their mobile phone
and, thanks to the uniFLOW
multi ple identi ty system, all
their jobs will be held securely in
their own personal print queue.
To release a print job, the user
can authenti cate at their chosen
printer by using their normal
company ID proximity card or
smart card. Guest users can
release their jobs by entering a
unique code on the MFD screen.
