Upon the receipt of this completed form, your Dealership will be enrolled in the following program: 

imageWARE Remote Service Monitor    (Item Number 1964B002AA) 

 

Canon USA will create your secure Dealership account on Canon’s Universal Gateway (UGW). 

Please be aware that in order to utilize and access Canon’s imageWARE Remote UGW the 

appointment of a Program Manager at your Dealership is required.    The Program Manager will be 

provided with secure access to Canon’s imageWARE Remote Web Portal (UGW) and will be 

responsible for accessing the system to register and activate devices, monitor device related 

activities, and run reports. Training on using the system is available via Canon documentation and 

through coordination with Canon regional personnel.  Please provide the Program Manager's 

contact information to receive an account ID and password required to access the UGW server.   

For security reasons, please ensure that these login credentials are protected in the same manner as 

you would protect other confidential information associated with your business.
