This dialog box appears when you click the Details button on the Print History Sheet. This controls print history. For
more information about Print History Details, 

Print History
Print History appears in list format.

Display Items

Details

Displays the print history number.

Displays image file name.

Displays time and date of printing.

Displays comment details.

Note

Up to 200 print history items can be displayed. All items above 200 are deleted.

When you cannot print properly because you canceled the printing or an error occurred, appears 

 to the left of

the print history number.

Delete button
Click the button to delete the selected print history.

 

Add button

Click the 

 button to add the selected print history to preferences.

Note

Up to 200 print preference items can be added.

Favorites
The print history stored in print preferences displays in list format.

Note

You can change the order by selecting an item and dragging it to another place.

Import button
Click the button to import print history saved as a file.

 

Export button
Click the button to save print history as a file that is stored in print preferences.
