To reset the gluing and cover clamp parameters to their "AUTO" values, press the 

icon in the automatic menu.

• Binding parameters:  - Carriage speed: fast.

 

- Milling activated. 

- Milling depth: 1 mm - 3/64". 

- Temperature at which glue is applied (working temperature of the glue). 

- Both gluing cylinders activated + lateral gluing (if option installed). 

- Glue cut-off on front: 5 mm - 13/64". 

- Glue cut-off on back: 5 mm - 13/64". 

- Thickness of glue film: adapted to the thickness of the book.

• Cover clamp parameters:  - Cover mode activated.

 

- N to 1 mode activated. 

- 4 creases are selected: creases on the spine of the book  

  and courtesy creases. 

- No folding wings. 

- 6 mm between the courtesy crease and the crease on the  

  book's spine.

 

- Height of cover on the front of the book = height of book. 

- Output mode: "Free". 

- Cover suction level: Adaptation to the cover to be picked up. 

- Glue drying time before nipping: adapted to the thickness of  

  the book. 

- Glue drying time during nipping: adapted to the thickness of  

  the book. 

- Adjustment of pressure on spine: adapted to the thickness of  

  the book. 

- Adjustment of lateral pressure: adapted to the thickness of  

  the book.

• Miscellaneous settings:  - Unit counter mode.

 

- Vibration activated with the amplitude in the central position.
