) Use this button to view the BBC’s main configuration screen.

2) Job validation
When the job parameters are defined, this button sends the setup information to the machine.

The button is blinks to warnthe user that the setup displayed on the screen is different 

to the current setup of the machine. In this case, the user has to confirm the new setup to 

alter the settings in the machine.

3) Vibration intensity
This function enables the operator to adjust the vibration intensity by using the bargraph.

4) Vibration time
This function enables the operator to adjust the vibration time to jog the book block against the 
“stop” in the BGB

’s carriage clamp. Two operating modes are available: the ‘Auto’ mode 

can be turned on or off.

  - When  ‘Auto’ mode is activated: the vibration time automatically adjusts to the 

thickness of the book block

  - When ‘Auto’ mode is deactivated: the vibration time is manually adjusted with the bar graph
