Manually Configure a NETGEAR Router as a VPN Gateway
To manually configure a VPN connection between the VPN router and a client, access the
router’s web management interface, create an IKE policy, and create a VPN policy.

Set Up an IKE Policy in the Router
To set up an IKE policy:
1.
Access the router’s web management interface.
For information about how to do this, see the documentation that came with your router.
In this example, the Router Status page displays.
2.
Select VPN > IPSec VPN > IKE Polices.
The IKE Policies page displays.
3.
Click the Add button.
4.
Specify the settings that are described in the following table.
5.
Click the Apply button.
The IKE policy is created and displays in the IKE Policies page.
