Register Your Product Using the Desktop genie App
To register your product using the desktop genie app for Windows and Mac
computers:

Connect your computer to the router’s network with WiFi or a wired Ethernet connection.

Launch the genie app

Click the Network Support button.

If you do not have a MyNETGEAR account, click the Create a new MyNETGEAR account
link to create an account.

If you have a MyNETGEAR account, type your account email address and password in the
fields and click the Sign In button.
