1. From the local user interface of the device, select the Services Home Button.

Two tabs with settings are available: Basic and Advanced
• The Basic Tab displays the Add Destination option as well as some of the Scan

The ConnectKey App can be designed to include Email From, Email Message,
and Email Subject. These settings are preconfigured with default values, but can
be modified by the user at the device.

Text and Custom Images, which are informational fields and cannot be
configured. With the exception of the Add Destination option, the location and
availability of the remaining settings will be based on the design of the
customized application.

4. From the Basic tab, select the Add Destination option to add destination email
addresses.
The App was configured so you can enter destination email addresses, choose from
a list of saved email addresses, and select from a list of preset addresses. The App
may also be configured to email a preset list and provide no option for you to modify
the recipients.

5. Depending on how your App is configured, one of the following dialog windows is
displayed:
• Saved Destinations dialog – Allows the user to select from a preconfigured list
of destinations that includes SMB (Network Folders) and FTP locations.
