How To Use a Xerox

ConnectKey Print from Box App
This App allows MFP users to print common file types and print-ready files from folders
in their own Box account.

1. From the local user interface of the device, select the Services Home Button.

5. Select the desired folder containing documents.
Depending on how the account is structured, you may need to select multiple levels
of folders to get to your document. Select the path you want by selecting the folder
or press the Browse button to navigate to the document you want to print.

6. Select the file name and select OK. The OK button is not selectable until a print-ready
file is selected.

7. Review your File to Print selections.
a) To change the settings, select the Pencil icon. When done, select OK.

8. To review or change the Print Settings, select thePrint Settings tab. The Print features
you can change are visible in the tab.

9. Select Start to begin printing.
Job status indicators appear just below the Start button. The Job Succeeded message
tells you the print job is complete.
