Using the Print Option ‘Use Line Terminators As Default’
Use Line
Terminators
As Default
The ‘Use Line Terminators as Default’ option within the ‘Print
Options’ section of the dialogue  should be used as follows:
(A) If the printstream data DOES NOT use PCC bytes:
1.  Clear all entries from the View/Change PCC & Channel
Assignments dialogue (except for Def).
2.  Set ‘Use Line Terminators As Default’ ON.

WARNING!
If any values are left in the PCC table other than ‘Def’, they will
override the Input Filter settings.
(B) If the printstream data DOES use PCC bytes:
1.  Set the PCC table as appropriate. Any PCC values not assigned
will be processed as ‘Def’.
2.  Turn ‘Use Line Terminators As Default’ OFF so that the
spacing value of ‘Def’ will be taken from the Spacing Settings
function and not from the Input Filter function.
(If necessary, refer to ‘Which spacing method takes priority?
’ on
page 119.)
(A) If no PCC bytes in the printstream:
Clear all entries except ‘
Def’.
Set ‘Use Line Terminators As Default’ ON
