Open Form
Alt + O
Select Enter File To Load (.FRM) dialogue
Selecting the Open Form option from the File menu (or using the shortcut keys
Alt+O), will display the Select/Enter File To Load (.FRM) dialogue for loading an
existing form file into the Form Editor.

To load a form file:
1.
Open the File menu and choose Open Form from the list. The Select/Enter File
To Load dialogue will be displayed.

Choose the required form file from the File List and choose OK. The selected
form file will be loaded into the Form Editor.

NOTE:
This option is not available if you have switched from the Environment
Editor to the Form Editor.
