Editing the settings for the data in a text block is achieved via the View/Change

The View/Change Text Block Settings dialogue can be displayed in a number of
ways. These include:

Choosing the View tool, then clicking on the text block you wish to view, or

Choosing a page definition to edit from the Print Order dialogue, then
selecting a text block from the list and choosing the Edit tool, or
